Electric Vehicle Models
F-150 Lightning
The 2022 F-150 Lighting is a game-changing pickup truck with excellent power, powertrain, and technology. This new truck features a five-and-a-half-foot bed, two electric motors, and a standard all-wheel drive. Additionally, the Lightning includes a fully independent rear suspension, which translates to a more comfortable ride and better handling than the gas-fueled version.Â
The Lightning will offer two battery sizes; one is expected to have a range of 230 miles, while the larger one ought to go about 300 miles between charges. Depending on the battery, the Lightning will have a huge variance in towing and hauling. The standard-range battery may have a 2,000-pound payload capacity, while an extended-range battery pack with a max trailer tow package may range up to a 10,000-pound towing capacity.Â
Despite being a hunk of a truck, the interior has a look of a luxurious vehicle. That means high-end material, ergonomic seating, and beautiful stitching and accents. Practically speaking, the vehicle is designed with a spacious cabin along with tech items like a user-friendly large central touchscreen.

Mustang Mache-E
Ford has surprisingly paired the Mach-E with the namesake and brand of the iconic Mustang. Like the Mustang, it offers a handsome and bold exterior with the Mustang emblem in the front and a sleek interior design. This electric vehicle comes in five trims and starts at $44,995. The base models can generate up to 266 horsepower with 317 lb-ft of torque. With the premium trims like the sporty GT and GT performance models, the motors are capable of up to 480 horsepower and 634 lb-ft of torque.Â
At the peak of its powers, the GT performance model is tested to go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds. Thus, it's safe to say the Mustang Mach-E lives up to the iconic quickness and athleticism you'd come to expect from a gas-fueled Mustang. Depending on the battery pack, it has an estimated range of between 211 to 305 miles and offers fast-charging capability. Also, the all-wheel drive is rated at an EPA of 270 miles and rear-wheel drive at 305 miles.Â
E-Transit
Electric vehicles are quickly turning into the new norm, and now commercial electric vehicles are rolling out as well. The Ford E-Transit is a full-size van with available configurations as cargo or crew. Its battery is positioned under the floor and powers the motor that drives the rear wheels. Its electric motors generate 266 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. Since it features an instant torque delivery, it's expected to have an impressive off-the-line acceleration similar to the Mustang Mach-E. The interior comes with sturdy trim pieces and a well-built cabin, making it the perfect utilitarian vehicle. Also, it'll have a staggering 487.3 feet of cargo space with 3800 pounds of payload capacity, making it a true workhorse.Â
